Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

About the role

A fast-growing fintech company is building its growth function from the ground up and is looking for a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to own customer acquisition and marketing performance across channels. The role is hands-on and strategic, working closely with Product, Data, Risk and Operations teams, and is fully remote for candidates residing in South America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue, covering paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer and partnership channels
• Build and optimise marketing funnels to improve conversion rates
• Manage monthly performance marketing budgets of $50,000+ and lead campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, optimising for CAC, CPL and ROAS
• Set up growth KPIs, dashboards and reporting, using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, HubSpot and CRM systems
• Run A/B tests and experiments, and partner with Product, Data, Risk and Operations teams
• Lead, mentor and grow the growth marketing team and scale the growth function

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing or customer acquisition roles
• 3+ years in a leadership position managing growth marketing teams
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of at least $50,000
• Residence in South America; applications must be in English, and a Loom video presentation is encouraged

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, paid social and paid search, and conversion optimisation
• Attribution modelling, funnel analytics and performance measurement
• CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Nice to have: fintech experience, SQL, BI tools and knowledge of regulated marketing environments
