Head of Marketing, B2B Payments

About the role

Rebill is looking for a senior marketing leader to shape the brand, product positioning and demand generation for its B2B payments platform across the Americas. You will own the narrative that moves Rebill from a startup perception to a credible partner for banks and regulated buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce a single brand story across the website, decks, product messaging and sales calls.
• Develop product marketing assets that translate technical releases into clear value propositions for CFOs and finance leaders.
• Build and run a content engine (site, blog, LinkedIn, press) starting in English and localising for each market.
• Own the events calendar, from major conferences like Money20/20 to intimate dinners, ensuring each event drives measurable pipeline.
• Lead demand‑generation campaigns, paid media, SEO and funnel instrumentation, inheriting the founders' existing Google Ads efforts.
• Manage ecosystem partnerships, accelerators, co‑marketing programs and leverage the Y Combinator network.

Required profile

• Experience in a technology or fintech company, preferably within payments or Latin‑American B2B markets.
• Proven track record selling to enterprises with long sales cycles.
• Hands‑on experience running marketing across multiple countries from a single seat.
• Background that spans brand work, paid media and close product collaboration.
• Fluent English copywriting and presentation skills; ability to present in Spanish.
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate output.
