Head of Marketing – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to build and lead a high‑performing, AI‑enabled marketing organization. This fully remote role (based in Colombia) will own the go‑to‑market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning and overall marketing performance, driving measurable revenue growth for a performance‑marketing company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s go‑to‑market strategy, aligning brand positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation with business objectives.
• Design scalable demand‑generation programs across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships and events to generate qualified pipeline.
• Lead the creation of high‑quality content, case studies, sales‑enablement materials and thought‑leadership assets.
• Implement AI‑powered workflows and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms.
• Build reporting dashboards, track KPIs and continuously optimise marketing initiatives based on performance data.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a lean marketing team while collaborating with executive leadership, sales and strategic partners.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least several years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record building B2B demand‑generation functions from the ground up and delivering measurable pipeline.
• Strong business acumen, data‑driven mindset and ability to think like an owner in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
