Healthcare Customer Support Specialist (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

As a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers and insurance companies, helping them resolve payment‑related questions and ensuring a smooth experience. The position is fully remote and serves multiple U.S. healthcare clients while you remain based in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, providers and insurers to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues.
• Provide accurate information and ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain clear, organized records of all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the payment process and increase efficiency.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and problem‑solving support.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) with clear, professional communication.
• Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking ability and capacity to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and collaborate within a team.
