Healthcare Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify job requirements with hiring managers and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Source candidates from internal databases, job boards, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment records, support project tasks, and assist team members as needed.
• Develop and communicate policies and guidelines related to recruitment.

Required profile

• Professional attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset for identifying bottlenecks and improving processes.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project‑management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Use of recruitment software and time‑tracking tools such as Hubstaff.
• Comfort with communication tools like WhatsApp and Zoom.
