About the role

BetterWorld Technology is seeking a contract Help Desk Technician to provide prompt, high‑quality support to its clients. The position blends on‑site assistance in San Juan with remote work, ensuring that desktop environments run smoothly and users receive timely help.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line help desk support to end‑users, both on‑site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop computers.
• Perform computer repair tasks, including component replacement and system diagnostics.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve more complex problems.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on timely issue resolution.
• Flexibility to work both on‑site in San Juan and remotely as needed.
