Help Desk Technician – Level II Support

About the role

Scotiatech is modernizing bank technology and seeks a motivated Help Desk Technician to provide Level II technical support to global users. You will work in a diverse, inclusive environment, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update incident tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Provide Level II support for applications, systems, networks, and devices.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and access‑management procedures.
• Support global users and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Assist Level I support teams by offering guidance and procedural feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in Help Desk (Level 1) support.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (B2‑C1 level).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
