About the role
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting top professional talent for UPS in Bogotá. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to presenting candidates and extending offers, ensuring compliance and supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers on talent needs and approve new requisitions.
- Conduct market research to set hiring expectations and collaborate on hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and manage candidate flow in the ATS.
- Provide regular updates on requisition status, including hard‑to‑fill or aging jobs.
- Coordinate job assessments and extend offers with compensation details.
- Support recruitment training material development and ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday and Fountain.
- Analytical ability to conduct research and assess hiring metrics.
- Availability Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm (44 hrs/week) with on‑site work three days per week.
