Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate you will be the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience. You will work remotely with BairesDev’s global talent acquisition team to support both internal and client‑facing hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keep them informed, and build strong relationships throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
• Assist in assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments, and support candidates before client interviews.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English.
