Host & Product Manager (Remote)

About the role

Homefans is looking for a Host & Product Manager to scale its supply network and deliver authentic sports experiences worldwide. You will guide local hosts from sign‑up to live events, ensuring high‑quality, memorable experiences for sports travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the host onboarding funnel, from registration to first live experience.
• Support hosts in selecting and customizing product templates.
• Run weekly activation sprints to accelerate host go‑live.
• Maintain and improve the evergreen product template library.
• Track host performance metrics such as responsiveness, review scores, and cancellation rates.
• Train hosts on messaging, user‑generated content sharing, and availability management.
• Troubleshoot product‑related issues in partnership with Operations.
• Collaborate with Growth to highlight top‑performing hosts and content.
• Develop a “Power Host” program with recognition, rewards, and visibility benefits.
• Partner with the tech team on self‑serve tools and provide product feedback for roadmap prioritisation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product or supply‑side account management within marketplaces, OTAs, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to drive execution across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sports culture.

• Base salary USD 30,000‑32,000 per year plus bonuses up to 10% of base.
