HR Analyst

About the role

The HR Analyst supports the Human Resources function by turning workforce data into actionable insights, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating key HR processes. This role plays a pivotal part in reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to help the business make informed people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR metrics and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, retention, recruitment, and engagement.
• Analyze workforce trends, generate periodic and ad‑hoc reports, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, maintain personnel files, and coordinate status changes, promotions, and transfers.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire, assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, assist with HR audits, and safeguard confidential employee information.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and respond to HR policy inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, participate in projects and system implementations, and recommend data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and managing employee data.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or UKG.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
