HR Business Partner Specialist

About the role

The Specialist – HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor throughout the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit. The role ensures local policies are fully compliant while delivering an excellent employee experience and supporting organizational success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to track hiring processes, ensure timely onboarding, and monitor recruitment outcomes.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end hiring, background checks, and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage onboarding induction, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience aligned with DHL culture.
• Support design and execution of rewards, recognition, and internal promotion programs.
• Promote and manage the employee referral program and benefits, including health insurance and the “My Shares” employee share scheme.
• Facilitate structured off‑boarding, final settlement, and feedback collection.
• Track attrition trends and provide insights for workforce planning.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field.
• Proven HR experience, preferably in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
