HR Experience Specialist

About the role

Pebl is looking for an HR Experience Specialist to own the end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes for its supported employees and client customers. The role works closely with internal teams such as Immigration and Payroll and with external service providers to ensure a smooth, compliant experience. You will act as a regional HR expert, delivering high‑quality support to clients and driving employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all onboarding and off‑boarding activities, partnering with global internal teams and external providers.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting and other HR matters.
• Manage client relationships together with the client services team and ensure rapid resolution of queries.
• Audit and maintain HR records, contracts and personal documents to guarantee compliance with local labor law and collective agreements.
• Collaborate with product and knowledge‑base teams to supply regional expertise and support automation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of HR experience, including deep knowledge of Mexican labor regulations.
• Professional proficiency in English and residence in Medellín, Colombia.
• Strong organizational, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
