Human Resources Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team remotely. You will help streamline recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and basic payroll tasks while ensuring confidentiality and a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Support onboarding of new hires and prepare required documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Help with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries from staff.
• Organise HR events, training sessions, and company activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good level of English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR information systems or HRIS platforms.
