IAM Security Engineer

About the role

You will join the Identity and Security Operations team to design, implement, and manage security and identity platforms, supporting the company’s Zero Trust journey and providing expertise to application owners and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer identity and security platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, AWS IAM, and certificate/secret management solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for identity and security operations issues and develop related policies and procedures.
• Act as SME for SSO, SAML, SCIM and guide application and business owners on security standards.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to proactively identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in at least three areas like SCIM automation, MFA solutions, Okta Lifecycle Management, API integration, RBAC, or privileged account management.
• Experience with enterprise access reviews, risk‑based authentication, and security principles such as least privilege.
• Intermediate knowledge of IAM domains (IGA, PAM, authentication, authorization, lifecycle management) and Agile frameworks (Kanban or Scrum).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
