Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for our B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the configuration, data migration, and go‑live phases of our procurement and financial SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects from kickoff to live production, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance processes into customized platform workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints to enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video tutorials.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate blockers and translate client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business data and metrics.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM systems and guiding organizational change.
