Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Manager (Remote)

About the role

A fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) health and wellness brand is looking for an Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Manager to build and scale its creator and affiliate engine into a high-volume revenue channel. The role is 100% remote, full-time, with reliable overlap with US business hours, and reports to the Founder / CEO / Growth Lead. LATAM and South America candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, vet and recruit an ongoing pipeline of influencers, UGC creators, affiliates and health/wellness advocates aligned with the brand.
• Run high-volume personalized outreach via Instagram DM, email and creator platforms.
• Negotiate performance-based terms, whitelisting rights and commission structures with creators of all tiers.
• Manage the creator program logistics: product seeding, contract tracking and affiliate link/code generation.
• Turn one-off posts into long-term brand ambassadorships and act as the main point of contact for creators.
• Analyze and optimize the program using platforms such as Shopify, Refersion, Social Snowball or Grin, tracking ROI per creator, referral revenue and content volume.
• Share winning organic creator content with the media buying and creative team for paid campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing influencer marketing, affiliate networks or brand ambassador programs for a D2C brand; health and wellness experience is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable handling dozens of conversations at once while keeping attention to detail.
• Organized, with a preference for spreadsheets, CRM pipelines and automated tracking.
• Flawless written and spoken English, able to match the brand's warm, professional tone.
