Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Helpjuice is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to launch and scale a new growth channel. You will identify and partner with creators across YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and newsletters, turning successful collaborations into a repeatable acquisition engine.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select influencers whose audiences are likely to purchase Helpjuice.
• Reach out, negotiate fair rates, and secure sponsored posts.
• Manage 50+ sponsored posts each month, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Track performance using tracking links and promo codes to attribute customer acquisition.
• Allocate next‑month budget based on data‑driven results.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on growth strategy.

Required profile

• Excellent written English for outreach and creator briefs.
• Self‑directed, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
• Focus on paying customers rather than vanity metrics.
• Willingness to send high‑volume outreach daily.
• Experience with influencer payments is a plus but not mandatory.
