Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead the day‑to‑day execution of influencer partnerships and creator campaigns for a fast‑growing consumer brand. The role focuses exclusively on influencer marketing, requiring hands‑on ownership from creator outreach through performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own influencer campaigns from outreach to completion, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding creators.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with influencers and creator partners.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor creator communication to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Track and report on KPIs such as content delivery, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain accurate creator databases, documentation, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for seamless execution.
• Identify high‑performing creators for ongoing partnerships and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English proficiency (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of full‑time experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
• Primary responsibility for influencer campaigns, not a secondary duty.
• Proven track record managing campaigns from creator sourcing to reporting.
• Daily hands‑on experience working directly with influencers or content creators.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with influencer platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Airtable.
• Familiarity with Notion.
• Use of project management tools for campaign coordination.
