Information Security Operations Analyst

About the role

The Information Security Operations Analyst will support Mastercard's Employee Identity Access Management program by turning access data into actionable insights. You will help automate and streamline provisioning processes, ensuring that access is granted securely and efficiently across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity access queries and provide consulting services to internal business and application teams.
• Support and enhance existing Identity Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Identify automation opportunities to make IAM services smarter and easier.
• Participate in annual certification and governance reviews, including transfer reviews.
• Collaborate with senior team members to capture business needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with peers to maintain governance processes that enforce least‑privilege access.
• Research and propose new methodologies to improve security within the IAM space.

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of information security concepts.
• Intermediate experience in strategic risk‑taking and analytical work with large data sets.
• Ability to identify outliers and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
