About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical implementations while ensuring performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate feature concepts, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize solutions across the full stack.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Turn business requirements into functional specifications and estimate implementation effort.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and automation.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure maintainable, well‑tested code.
• Monitor production systems (PagerDuty) and support incident resolution.
• Adopt a DevOps mindset: implement CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, primarily with Java and Spring.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, micro‑services architecture, and system design.
• Experience delivering cloud‑native solutions on AWS.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
