Inside Sales Representative – Electronics Provider

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our electronics supply company that serves schools, hospitals, municipalities and hotels. In this junior position you will build strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and help drive business growth in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about electrical and electronic products via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide guidance, answer questions and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain product information, quotations and availability.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Participate in training and professional development related to products and tools.
• Support commercial and administrative projects as needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of electrical or electronic products.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales or a similar role (1‑3 years).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Professional, proactive attitude with a positive outlook.
• Business‑level bilingualism in French and English.
