Inside Sales Representative – Electronics Provider

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our electronics provider team. You will work directly with institutional clients such as schools, hospitals, municipalities, and hotels, helping them source electrical and electronic products while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, providing guidance and tailored solutions.
• Prepare, follow up and manage quotations, orders and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain product information, quotations and availability.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on customer requests and requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development related to products and processes.
• Support commercial and administrative projects as needed.

Required profile

• Knowledge of electrical or electronic products.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Professional, proactive attitude with a positive outlook.
• Business‑level bilingualism in French and English.
