Inside Sales Representative – Real Estate Leasing (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing U.S. real‑estate operator as an Inside Sales Representative focused on leasing manufactured home communities, RV parks, self‑storage facilities, and business centers. You will work remotely from South America, handling inbound leads and converting them into signed leases.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals and businesses across the United States.
• Conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects and understand their space requirements.
• Match prospects with available properties and guide them through a multi‑day leasing pipeline.
• Own the full conversion process from first contact to signed lease.
• Log activities and manage the pipeline in a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Report directly to the General Manager and achieve monthly conversion targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for daily communication with U.S. customers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or inbound closing.
• Ability to manage multi‑day deals and maintain momentum.
• Strong objection‑handling skills while preserving relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Based in South America and available during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
