Insurance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Porch Group is seeking an Insurance Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and management of agent‑facing marketing collateral for its Homeowners of America (HOA) and Porch Insurance brands. The role is fully remote, employed through RemoFirst in Colombia, and works closely with sales, product, legal and underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, design, edit, and update marketing materials such as product sheets, presentations, flyers and sales collateral across all lines of business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of each insurance product and incorporate rate changes, appetite updates and product revisions.
• Develop content that helps independent agents communicate product value to homeowners.
• Manage collateral review cycles, stakeholder feedback and approval processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
• Maintain organized marketing libraries with version control and archive outdated content.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for field sales, gathering agent content needs and translating them into targeted campaigns.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working with the independent agent (IA) channel.
• Solid understanding of property & casualty insurance products and market dynamics.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product, legal and underwriting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of insurance product terminology and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage version control and maintain organized marketing libraries.
