About the role
We are seeking an experienced Intake & Pre-Litigation Coordinator to join our growing Personal Injury team. The role involves handling client intake, managing insurance claims, and supporting attorneys throughout the pre‑litigation process for U.S. law firm cases.
Key responsibilities
- Handle intake calls and gather case‑related information.
- Open and manage insurance claims.
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters.
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs).
- Track demand packages and maintain accurate case records.
- Support attorneys and case managers throughout the pre‑litigation process.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in intake, case management, or a similar legal support role with a U.S. law firm.
- Personal Injury (PI) experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
