International Customer Service Consultant

About the role

Virtuagym is seeking an International Customer Service Consultant to join its growing team. You will work remotely from Colombia, supporting clients worldwide in the digital health and fitness sector. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support, building strong relationships, and contributing to customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Provide excellent service, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
• Handle churn risks, cancellations, and payment‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with the product team to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Participate in process improvement projects and share feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in SaaS or software customer support (not a call‑center role).
• Tech‑savvy, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable following established processes.
