Invoicing Specialist – Bilingual (English & French)

About the role

Marsh is looking for a bilingual Invoicing Specialist to join its Insurance Operations team in Bogotá. This hybrid position requires three days a week in the office and offers the chance to work within a global insurance brokerage during a period of growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and generate invoice requests in close collaboration with client support teams.
• Manage a book of work, ensuring delivery according to Service Level Agreements for accuracy, productivity and turnaround time.
• Utilize proprietary billing systems to process invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor and meet individual productivity, accuracy and timeliness metrics.
• Adhere to company policies, data security guidelines and Marsh compliance standards.
• Identify and escalate operational risks to the appropriate authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team or administrative process management, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret reports and performance trends.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
