iOS Software Engineer – Native Swift Development

About the role

EPAM is seeking a creative iOS Software Engineer to join its mobile engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, delivering high‑performance, user‑friendly experiences for global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain native iOS apps with Swift.
• Collaborate with product designers to implement pixel‑perfect UI following Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Integrate apps with backend services via RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Write clean, modular code and participate in code reviews.
• Develop unit and UI tests using XCTest.
• Monitor and optimise performance, memory usage, and battery consumption with Instruments.
• Support the release lifecycle, including build preparation and App Store submission.

Required profile

• 2+ years of native iOS development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK.
• Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, Combine, Swift Concurrency).
• Experience with SwiftUI (preferred) or UIKit.
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like Jira.
• English communication level B1+.
