IT Applications Specialist

About the role

The IT Applications Specialist will act as the IT Business Partner for the Record to Report (RTR) workstream, driving the implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries. You will bridge business and IT, ensuring that enterprise applications are aligned with the Group’s future processes and delivered with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive SAP S/4HANA (Project Atlas) initiatives through design, build, testing, deployment, hyper‑care and stabilization phases.
• Coordinate project timelines, risks and dependencies, providing status updates to IT leadership.
• Perform techno‑functional analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Validate integration designs between SAP and other systems (POS, payroll, finance tools) and support end‑to‑end testing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system integrators and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT applications or ERP environments, with at least 6 years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA implementation (Finance/RTR focus).
• End‑to‑end SAP project lifecycle management (explore to hyper‑care).
• Enterprise application integration using APIs, web services and data flows.
• Master data and transactional process knowledge.
• Strong techno‑functional analysis and solution design capabilities.
