IT Operations Analyst – Bogota (Hybrid)

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a motivated IT Operations Analyst to join its growing team in Colombia. You will be the primary point of contact for IT operations in Bogota, handling device inventory, Google Workspace administration, MDM implementation, and providing top‑tier support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement, deployment, physical security, and lifecycle of macOS and Windows devices for Colombian employees.
• Respond promptly to IT service desk tickets in Jira, handling issues from start to resolution.
• Work on initiative‑based items in the Jira backlog to make the IT Operations team more proactive.
• Stay aware of technical changes across the application stack and convey security‑related information to engineering and the broader organization.
• Obtain and provision hardware and software requests, including on‑call and occasional after‑hours duties.
• Deliver IT onboarding training for new hires and process IT‑related termination tasks.
