IT Project Manager

About the role

One Sutherland is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology solutions for NICE Software Solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and quality criteria using NICE project management methodology.
• Lead all project phases – initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, create mitigation plans, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and resource allocation across multinational teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and acting as a trusted adviser.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, budget tracking, and financial reporting for each project.
• Motivate and evaluate project team members, providing performance feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and share lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a matrix environment.
• Experience delivering complex IT, telephony, or software projects for international clients.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) and strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification desirable and a degree in systems engineering or related field.
