IT Recruiter Specialist – Remote (Colombia) – Talent Inclusion

About the role

FullStack is seeking a mid‑level IT Recruiter Specialist to strengthen its talent database in Colombia with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity. This fully remote position will support product teams by sourcing, engaging, and placing top‑tier technology professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates using ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights).
• Maintain and grow a diverse talent pipeline, emphasizing inclusion for people with disabilities.
• Close senior‑level positions, including C‑Level roles such as CEO, CTO, and VPs.
• Collaborate with internal product and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Advanced English proficiency for candidate engagement and internal collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership of tasks.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms: Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot.
• Experience using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights.
• Solid understanding of IT terminology such as SDLC, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) concepts.
