IT Recruiter Specialist – Talent Inclusion (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level IT Recruiter Specialist focused on talent inclusion for people with disabilities. This fully remote position supports our Colombian talent database, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and place IT professionals across a range of technical domains.
• Maintain and grow a diverse talent pipeline, with a special focus on candidates with disabilities.
• Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing tools to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Close senior-level positions, including C-suite roles such as CEO, CTO, and VPs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
• Completed a four-year college degree.
• Advanced English proficiency for candidate engagement and internal collaboration.
• Proven track record of filling senior-level positions.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work 40 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot).
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights.
• Familiarity with IT terminology (SDLC, Cloud, DevOps) and non-IT corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Legal).
