IT Support Specialist

About the role

Traild is a fast‑growing SaaS company transforming finance operations with AI, automation and payments infrastructure. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist based in Mexico or Colombia to join our global team and ensure the reliability, security and performance of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues via the helpdesk system.
• Procure endpoints and software licenses for staff.
• Design, implement and maintain software systems used across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations and security standards such as SOC2 and ISO27001.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to guarantee data integrity.
• Install, update and manage software applications and licenses.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of IT systems, processes and procedures.
• Manage AI tooling, keeping it current and helping employees deploy AI solutions securely.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience working with regional or global teams.
