IT Support Specialist – Medellín

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance to end users in our Medellín office. The role ensures the reliability of hardware, software and network services while maintaining compliance with security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second‑level support for desktop, laptop and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software assets.
• Troubleshoot network, system and application problems.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date IT asset inventory.
• Document technical incidents and their resolutions.
• Enforce IT security policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in desktop and technical support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
