Junior Appointment Setter – On-site

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Appointment Setter to join our on‑site team in El Poblado. In this role you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, introducing our services and securing qualified appointments for the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects using a provided contact list.
• Introduce the company’s products or services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and recording key information.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team based on customer availability.
• Update customer records and appointment details in the CRM system.
• Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, sales or call‑center environments.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Persuasive, confident and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Salary of COP 2,300,000 plus transportation allowance.

• Indefinite‑term contract with regular Monday‑Friday schedule (9 AM‑6 PM Miami time).
