Junior Art Director (Creative Design)

About the role

Publicis Production Hub (PPH) is looking for a Junior Art Director to join its creative team in Colombia. You will support the development of visual concepts and help turn ideas into compelling assets across multiple channels, while learning from senior designers and multidisciplinary collaborators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital, print, and social formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh visual ideas.
• Apply typography, color, and composition principles to meet brand guidelines.
• Adapt and refine assets based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and production teams.
• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in design, advertising, or related creative fields (including internships).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Basic motion or video editing skills (a plus).
