Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support to our clients and their customers. This entry-level, fully remote position is open to candidates located in Latin America and offers the chance to develop customer-service skills while working with a certified Great Place to Work company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries such as account updates, general questions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Follow up on client requests, send reminders, and track pending communications.
• Enter and update customer data in internal databases and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required for issue resolution.
• Provide general administrative support to the customer-service team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1-2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Reliable home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools for data entry and customer management.
