Junior Content Creator

About the role

Waimari, a luxury resort‑wear brand based in Barranquilla, is looking for a creative Junior Content Creator to join its on‑site team. You will help shape the brand’s digital voice by producing engaging content for social media, promotional campaigns and other online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh content ideas and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and brand storytelling.
• Capture and edit visual assets, including photos and videos, to showcase collections.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
• Conduct trend research to keep the brand’s social strategy current.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion, sustainability and the resort‑wear market.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies or a related field is preferred.
