Junior HR Analyst (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Blossom is seeking a Junior HR Analyst to strengthen its People team. Based remotely in Colombia, you will help attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to support the full recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and training materials.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HRIS data management.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or selection.
• Proven experience coordinating onboarding processes.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).
• Current residence in Colombia.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
