About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Specialist to join our fully remote team serving the self‑storage industry across LATAM. In this front‑line position you will help users resolve everyday technical issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure smooth operation of our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine IT support tickets such as account creation, password resets, permission changes, and platform access requests.
• Troubleshoot common system and application problems, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Conduct regular system and data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Document solutions and maintain clear records of support activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve support processes and user experience.
