Junior Paid Social Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Junior Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. You will support campaign launch, creative operations, and data analysis while collaborating with internal teams and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Applovin ad campaigns based on briefs.
• Upload and organize creative assets, targeting structures, and ad copy; perform quality‑assurance checks.
• Translate agency scripts into ClickUp tasks for video editors and lander designers; maintain task logs and timelines.
• Create weekly performance dashboards using Meta Ads Manager and landing‑page tools; keep internal tracking documents for spend, results, and testing priorities.
• Conduct bi‑weekly creative and funnel audits, summarize findings, and flag optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and editors to meet campaign deadlines and update SOPs.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to follow checklists and SOPs with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Based in Latin America and available to work 8 AM‑5 PM EST.
• Reliable internet connection for a remote work environment.
