Junior Product Owner

About the role

Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech focused on credit‑union solutions, is looking for a Junior Product Owner based in Colombia. You will work closely with Product Managers, Design, Development, and QA teams to turn business needs into valuable digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Maintain and refine product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Support the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through production releases and post‑launch monitoring.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Assist in troubleshooting and supporting released products.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Colombia.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or a similar product‑focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Ability to create and manage product roadmaps and user stories.
