Junior Project Engineer - Certification

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer to support certification and compliance projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, laboratories, and internal teams to ensure projects meet all regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate certification and compliance projects from initiation through completion.
• Review technical documentation, reports, drawings, and product information.
• Support audit and inspection activities, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Communicate project status, requirements, timelines, and deliverables to clients.
• Assist in preparing reports, certification records, and standardized documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities with laboratories and technical teams.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify and help resolve project‑related issues while maintaining high customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable standards, certification requirements, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and operational‑excellence efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage repetitive administrative and documentation tasks.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
