Junior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

The Junior Recruiter supports the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing, engaging, and assessing early‑career and emerging talent. Working remotely, you will help build high‑quality pipelines and contribute to a proactive, insight‑led recruitment approach.

Key responsibilities

• Support global market mapping and talent intelligence by creating basic talent maps and researching competitor talent pools.
• Source passive candidates for early‑career and specialist roles using multiple channels and screen profiles for fit.
• Partner with Talent Partners to provide research, shortlists, and candidate outreach, and help shape search strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and confidentiality.
• Represent the employer brand externally, sharing the value proposition and supporting outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in recruiting tools, and assist with basic reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related areas, preferably in a US or global context.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Curious, proactive, resilient and eager to learn about talent markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
