Junior Recruiter – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team. This remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to support end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of tech roles while learning from experienced senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
