Junior Software Developer (Remote – Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our fully remote team in Colombia. You will contribute to building high‑quality software solutions, participating in the full development lifecycle while growing your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and system components, writing clean and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues, providing support and enhancements for existing applications.
• Document software components, technical specifications, and follow coding standards, QA practices, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA analysts, and technical leads in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Experience with frontend, backend, or full‑stack development and object‑oriented programming.
• Familiarity with relational databases, APIs, and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to work independently and within a remote team.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+) for professional communication.
