Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will review AI-generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges to improve model performance. The position is fully remote, flexible and project-based, with no prior AI experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction-following and overall quality.
• Write original computer-science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid-level or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Background in full-stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.
