Junior Software Engineer (RPA Automation)

About the role

Telepatia is building AI‑powered medical intelligence tools for Latin America. As a Junior Software Engineer you will focus on robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline operational workflows across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions.
• Automate repetitive operational processes in various business areas.
• Integrate internal systems and third‑party applications via APIs and automation platforms.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve existing automations.
• Document automation processes and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains through automation.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of automation projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI and automation technologies.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in software development or automation.
• Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Familiarity with APIs and understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• English proficiency is a plus.
